Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information this site collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it corrected or deleted, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
What information is collected, and why
Contact form
Name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your request. It is never sold or shared with a third party for commercial purposes.
Appointment booking
Name, email address, and any information you choose to provide when booking an appointment (via Cal.com). This information is used to confirm and organize the appointment.
Where and how this information is stored
Contact form messages are stored in Sanity (a cloud content management platform), in a database separate from the site's public content, accessible only to Olivier Arnaud through a password-protected page (/admin) and the Sanity dashboard.
Appointments are managed and stored by Cal.com (a cloud scheduling platform), under their own privacy policy.
Technical note, for full transparency: as of today, the Sanity database used for contact messages is on a plan that does not yet allow making it private at the infrastructure level. This is flagged as a blocker before any public launch of the site with real client data, and will be resolved before launch (see the project's technical tracking).
Retention period
Contact messages and appointment-related information are kept for as long as needed to respond to your request and provide reasonable follow-up, then deleted. You may request deletion at any time (see Your rights below).
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information this site holds about you, to have it corrected if inaccurate, and to request its deletion. To exercise these rights, contact the person responsible for the protection of personal information below.

Analytics
This site does not use advertising tracking cookies. A privacy-friendly analytics tool (Plausible) may be added to measure overall traffic, without identifying individual visitors.
